Detailed Job Description

1) New Client Acquisition & Business generation.
2) Maintaining and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
3) Understanding & structuring of clients loan requirements.
4) Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
5) Make network through Social Networking sites, Event, Promotion to define new ways of doing business.
6) Going & Meeting the HR person of various corporate firm to felicitate best loan deals for their employees.
7) Forming key alliances with Chartered A/C’s to cater their clients who would have loan requirements.
8) Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
9) End to end process of logging in the file & taking it to the disbursal stage.
10) Coordination with Credit team for Sanction of the file.
11) Coordination with operations team for disbursement process.
12) Collecting documents according to the checklist from the customers.
13) Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.
