Detailed Job Description

1) Handling end to end recruitment For BFSI Sector For all level (Pan India) categories.
2) Source the right candidate's from current database and through Job Portals, References, Networking, College Campus, Job Fair, Head Hunting and Networking.
3) Conducting telephonic & Personal Interview of the candidate. Coordinating with the candidates by giving them the full information about the job profile as well as the company's profile.
4) Candidate will be engaged in volume hiring
5) Preparing recruitment Reports.
6) Candidate must be willing to travel for campus hiring and Job Fair.
7) Interview scheduling, follow-up and co-ordination with the candidates.
8) Maintaining candidate Data base & MIS
9) Immediate Joiners are preferable.
