Detailed Job Description

1. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
2. Set clear team goals and delegate tasks and set deadlines.
3. Driving performance on SLAs being measured by the business.
4. Oversee day-to-day operation.
5. Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
6. Motivate team members.
7. Discover training needs and provide coaching.
8. Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
9. Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
10.Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
11.Act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
12. Take disciplinary measures against any team members who are found imperfect.
13. Observe performance of team members to identify their strength and weaknesses and make arrangements to strengthen their loose ends
14. Create better mode of operations to make customer service easier for both team members and customers. 



Qualifications
#Graduate in any stream(Graduation is mandatory)
#2-3 years in relevant industry(Inbound/Outbound Voice Domain Experience Must)
