Detailed Job Description

1) To be successful in this role, candidate should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
2) Candidate should be able to identify and address the needs of senior managers and perform administrative tasks to ensure our company’s workflow runs smoothly.
3) Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
4) Excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with guests, vendors, and co-workers and including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
5) Verbal & Written Communication & interacting both with international & Indian customer.
6) Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation and as a relationship builder
7) Cataloguing and distributing information, assisting top-level business staff and arranging schedules.
8) Well-developed communications and reading skills and knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
9) Assistants with a relevant background & great understanding of business operations and may make a greater number of informed decisions.
10) Able to use Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point to produce materials for internal and external meetings and conferences
11) Responsible for setting up and managing both electronic and paper filing systems, as well as taking steps to maintain that the company is in compliance with all applicable record-keeping requirements

#Graduate/PG/Diploma in a Secretarial course of Office Management

#Proficient in MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS- Outlook, MS- Powerpoint
#Should be confident and presentable
#Should have good English communication skills
