Detailed Job Description

• Play a key role in the preparation and submission of Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan including supporting the OH planning, COGS Standard Reset process and overall consolidation.
• Responsible for producing decks for communication of management information to Exec & other senior mgmt.
• Act as FP&A interface with a business (for specific business unit/s).
• Act as the contact point for Investor Relations and Group
• Deliver monthly management reporting processes (WD5 scorecards, brand performance summaries)
• Provide accurate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified or requested. Rapid and accurate turn-around required for ad hoc queries.
• Develop a good working relationship with Regional Finance, Businesses, DBSC and Brand teams in order to conduct business matters smoothly as well as make improvements in business processes where applicable.
• Have an excellent understanding of BW, SAP and Micro-strategy, PowerBI solution with the ability to think broadly when a system related challenge occurs and extract data in a way that supports decision making
• Be resident system expert in finance (BFC, BPM, TM1, VA)   



Qualifications
#6-8 years of experience in handling FP&A, Commercial Finance
#CA/CMA (Inter) /MBA (Tier 2 & 3) or equivalent desired.

Skill
#Ability to work cross-functionally.
#Excellent written and oral communication skills.
#Strong and extensive Excel, Power Point and broad business knowledge. Superior PC modeling skills.
#Strong strategic ability to understand / craft the story for DNA performance.
