JP Infra is offering internships to individuals who can manage customer relationships at the company. Your role as a customer service representative intern at JP Infra will involve you handling custmer queries, developing up-to-date reports and having a troubleshooting outlook.

Detailed Job Description

1) Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.
2) Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.
3) Develop and update client related reports.
4) Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
5) Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues.
6) Ensure appropriate actions are taken on customers request.
7) Provide instant feedback of Customers
