Detailed Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support in finalizing business proposals (word doc) and powerpoint decks for Sales pitches related to HR Consulting services for Small / Medium Enterprises (SME) & Training solutions for SME & Large corporates
2. Prepare and customize training content for virtual webinars and class room in person deliveries through existing content and client organization survey of key leaders
3. Develop excellent relationships with key stakeholders / decision makers in HR & Learning & Development departments of existing client organizations for clinching contracts for HR Consulting / Outsourcing and Training solutions.
4. Actively market solutions to organizations for HR Consulting services and Leadership Trainings through innovative digital marketing solutions
5. Actively seek emerging trends in Human Capital management for the next best practices to be incorporated in HR Consulting & training solutionss
6. Access training content and emerging research trends in HR & training.



Qualifications
Skill
#Comfortable with ambiguity and ever changing goals as per client needs
#Excellent Interpersonal skills with a positive attitude of Can DO
#Fluent with MS Word and Powerpoint
#Great at building and sustaining relationships with people across levels and various organizations
#Knack for Tech and emerging trends and their practical usage would be ideal.
#Outstanding Communication and Presentation skills.
#Preferably understands the HR field although not necessary.

Benefit & Perks

1. Stipend: INR 8,000 - 12,000 p.m.
2. Incidentals reimbursed like transport for client meetings, business meals etc.
3. Experience letter
4. Earn 10% of the payments received from clients sourced by them, which can turn out to be Rs100,000+.
