Detailed Job Description

This role will give you a project management experience mainly through the program- MIF Awards. The event is a high-stake, large scale one that takes a year of preparation. We are looking for a bright, talented individual who will work directly with the Program Lead and play an active role in the following ways-
1) Garnering applications for Awards 2020 during the application window.
2) Leading on applications management for MIF Awards Program by calling entrepreneurs, pitching the Awards program and encouraging them to apply.This would include end-to-end target based conversions and following up for confirmations.
>Conducting research on such unique innovations in the relevant sectors and creating a repository of their details
>Managing and updating this database basis daily tracking
>Tracking Report management
>Front end representative for all queries 3) Assisting in curation and management of smaller scale events (like Jury rounds) through the year
4) Assisting in PR and/ or social media for the event through the year
5) Performance of tasks related to management of this large scale on- ground event like content, production, logistics, compliance to name a few
6) RSVP Management:
>End-to-end Invitation management by managing the database of high-stake guests, reaching out to them to invite them and taking confirmations for the event
>Working closely with RSVP Lead for seating plan and layout

#Graduates & Pursuing undergraduation
Skill
#Basic event management experience will be an added advantage
#Basic Technical knowledge of Computer
#Excellent communication skills (Spoken and written English Mandatory)
