Detailed Job Description

1) Develop and Maintain HR Compliance Knowledge.
2) Begins to develop a current knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations.
3) Keeps abreast of new developments in the HR field.
4) Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources.
5) Pursue an Attitude of Learning and Development
6) Attends seminars and meetings relative to the HR profession.
7) Cultivate interpersonal skills Develop negotiating and public speaking skills.
8) HR administration.
9) Track progress, deadlines,and priorities of all projects.
10) Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.
11) Manage Pre-Employment Processes.
12) Track cost and effectiveness of media outlets for job postings Post new positions on various websites including,, etc.
13) Sort incoming resumes and logs them into appropriate tracking spreadsheets

#Graduate/ MBA is preferred

#Ability to correctly make decisions involving client issues/ problems including when to escalate the problem to a more senior consultant.
