• Talent Acquisition Process-
•  Development of University & Campus Hiring process / methodology for Sanand Factory
• Manpower planning based on skill, roles through Apprentice, NEEM, Contract, DET, GET.
• Capability Development- Design, Implement, Review & Assessment of Technical Training for Product & Service
• Benchmark & recommend HR Processes to manage a factory workforce
• Employer Branding
• Brand visibility at Campus / University
• Social Media viz Linkedin
