Detailed Job Description

As a Compliance Analyst in US Tax Compliance Product Division, duties will include the following:
1) Work with team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and deadlines are met
2) Audit current system for tax rule accuracy
3)Audit current system for calculation accuracy
4) Provide timely update on tax law updates at the federal and state level
5) Notify customer base of major tax law changes
6) Work with the digital marketing team to value added, authoritative information around tax and accounting topics
7) Show confident talking to a large CPA customer base that are primarily based out of the USA
8) Research and provide supporting documents on notices and query received by the customers.
9) Work with the sales team to review the tax topic contents accuracy and validity
10) Work with the product team to translate tax law changes in to our existing and/or new system features
11) Test our software system and features to ensure accuracy
12) Perform other related duties as directed by the CEO, COO and VP of Products
